Front doors in wood panels or with mirrors, custom made and fitted with five closing locks in iron and on request a steel cylinder.

Sliding or flap door opening in solid wood or plywood interior doors.

High security front doors with key code and European anti-tampering cylinder.

On site measuring service, installation, transport and removal of existing doors and windows for extraordinary maintenance. Removal and installation of replacement doors/windows individually by door/window in cases where the buildings are inhabited.

New financing relief for building interventions

Following the amendments introduced in Legislative Decree 63/2013 which became Law 90/2013 and the 2014 Stability Law approved in Law No.147 of 27 December 2013 regarding IRPEF deductions for renovating building assets, the following instances apply:
Costs incurred between 26 June 2012 and 31 December 2014
 50% deduction up to a total cost per property unit of €96.000,00

 Costs incurred from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2015
40% deduction up to a total cost per property unit of €96.000,00 

Costs incurred from 1 January 2016
36% deduction up to a total cost per property unit of €48.000,00

Regarding IRPEF deductions for the  energy efficiency requalification interventions in buildingsthe following can be applied:

Costs incurred from 6 June 2013 to 31 December 2014
(for interventions on communal areas in condominium buildings or which affect all the property units in the condominium from 6 June 2013 to 30 June 2015)
 65% deduction

Costs incurred from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2015
(for interventions on communal areas in condominium buildings or which affect all the property units in the condominium from 1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016)
50% deduction

Costs incurred from 1 January 2016
 36% deduction
